Job Summary

A Factory Worker is responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, maintaining production standards, and ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and in accordance with quality standards. They work as part of a team to meet production targets and follow safety guidelines at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production & Assembly:
  • • Operate and monitor factory machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production.
  • • Assemble, pack, and inspect products to meet quality and quantity standards.
  • • Follow detailed instructions to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Quality Control:
  • • Inspect finished products for defects or damages, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • • Report any machine malfunctions, product inconsistencies, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Maintenance & Housekeeping:
  • • Keep workstations clean and organized.
  • • Perform basic maintenance of machines and tools.
  • • Follow proper safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Team Collaboration:
  • • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
  • • Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., quality control, maintenance) when needed.
• General Duties:
  • • Meet daily production quotas and targets.
  • • Load and unload materials or finished products.
  • • Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed.
